The separation working principle of the fully automatic electromagnetic dry powder magnetic separator
When the electromagnetic coil is energized, it forms a magnetic field loop with the carbon steel box. The ferromagnetic medium in the hollow cavity accumulates a magnetic field, resulting in high field strength and high gradient separation. When the material passes through the magnetic medium, it falls from the outlet and the magnetic substances are adsorbed onto the medium. At the bottom of the material channel, there is a three-way material distribution valve. The magnetic materials and materials are automatically separated by the PLC through the flip plate.
