Pipeline slurry permanent magnet iron deductor, ceramic chemical raw materials can be used for high-efficiency iron deductor.
For materials that go through a slurry process during production, it is recommended to use a slurry electromagnetic iron remover. Since the slurry state is more conducive to dispersion, removing iron at the slurry stage will yield better results.

Working Principle
The separator employs a high-intensity magnetic field to attract and isolate ferromagnetic particles from slurries. The process includes:
Slurry Input: Contaminated slurry is pumped or gravity-fed into the separator’s chamber.
Magnetic Adsorption: Ferromagnetic particles are captured by magnetic poles (e.g., rods, drums, or grids) under a gradient magnetic field generated by permanent magnets or electromagnets.
Fluid Passage: Non-magnetic components (liquids, non-metallic particles) pass through the magnetic zone and proceed to downstream processes.
Impurity Removal: Adsorbed contaminants are manually or automatically cleaned via scrapers, high-pressure water jets, or demagnetization, enabling continuous or intermittent operation.
