SUSPENDED ELECTROMAGNETIC IRON SEPARATOR is used to hang above the moving material, used to remove powder, granular or block non-magnetic materials in the miscellaneous iron removal device, widely used in chemical industry, mining, glass, building materials and other industries.

Working principle of the electromagnetic iron separator: the electromagnetic coil is energized to generate a magnetic field, it forms a magnetic circuit with the carbon steel box and the internal iron core, and releases a high gradient magnetic field at the bottom of the box.
When the material passes through the bottom of the device, the magnetic material is captured by the magnetic field and adsorbed on the bottom plate of the iron remover. Move the iron remover to the outside of the work area during manual cleaning,The magnetic material falls off automatically after cutting off the magnetic field.

Self-leaning type iron remover is based on the manual cleaning type to add reducer, iron unloading belt, drum, main frame and other devices. When working, the ferromagnetic material constantly adsorbed on the iron remover will be thrown automatically out through the rotation of the iron unloading belt to achieve the purpose of automatic iron unloading. Its advantages are that it can efficiently remove iron and clean up without manual participation. The disadvantage is it is more complex than the manual cleaning structure, needs maintenance, and the belt needs to be replaced regularly.
