The bottom of the body produces a high-gradient magnetic field. When the material passes through the bottom of the device, the magnetic material is captured by the magnetic field and adsorbed on the bottom plate of the iron separator. The manual cleaning type adds the drawing plate at the bottom of the box. When cleaning, move the iron separator to the outside of the working area, and the magnetic material will fall off after extracting the drawing plate. Compared with the electromagnetic iron separator, it saves electricity and has low operating cost.
The advantages of manual iron separator are simple structure, reliable operation and easy maintenance; inconvenient cleaning, labor consumption, and stop line during cleaning.
Self-cleaning type iron separator is based on the manual cleaning type to add reducer, iron unloading belt, drum, main frame and other devices. When working, the ferromagnetic material constantly adsorbed on the iron remover will be thrown automatically out through the rotation of the iron unloading belt to achieve the purpose of automatic iron unloading. Its advantages are that it can efficiently remove iron and clean up without manual participation. The disadvantage is it is more complex than the manual cleaning structure, needs maintenance, and the belt needs to be replaced regularly.
